iQiosk Refund Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This policy covers refunds for the iQiosk Pro subscription. The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle, so refunds are paid out by Paddle and the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply.

The short version

14-day refund

This applies to every Pro charge: your first payment and every renewal, monthly or yearly. The 14 days start on the date of the charge shown on your receipt. A request sent on or before day 14 is on time even if we answer later. When we approve a refund:

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from or cancel a digital service contract, that right applies and overrides this policy. Paddle applies the periods below, and our 14-day refund covers all of them:

Where you live Statutory period
European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom 14 days from the first payment. In the UK a yearly subscription gets a new 14 days each time it renews. EU customers can use the "Request withdrawal" button in the Paddle customer portal.
Turkey, Israel 14 days
Canada, South Korea, Brazil, China 7 days
Singapore 5 days

These periods are set by Paddle and the local law, and can change; the version in force when you paid applies.

Problems with the service

If Pro does not work as described, for example you cannot reach Pro features after paying for a long time, contact us first at the address below with the email of your account and what happens. We will try to fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund the affected payment, even after the 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact Paddle's support at paddle.net, and Paddle will refund a payment in line with consumer law where there is a material defect.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email msamarehshafeei@gmail.com from the email address of your iQiosk account (or tell us which one), and give the date of the charge or the Paddle receipt or transaction number. Or:
  2. Go to paddle.net and choose "Request refund", or use the support link in your Paddle receipt email.

We read every request and reply as soon as we can. You do not have to give a reason.

Cancelling is separate from a refund

To stop future charges, cancel on the extension's Plan page (Manage subscription), with the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt, or at paddle.net. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Cancel before the renewal date, and keep in mind that a renewal charge is refundable under the 14-day rule above. If you delete your account in the extension, your subscription is cancelled immediately and Pro ends; this does not create a refund by itself, but you can still ask for one within 14 days of the charge.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us or Paddle before you ask your bank for a chargeback, because we can usually fix a problem faster. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, Pro access can be suspended while it is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful right to dispute a charge with your bank.

Tax refunds for businesses

A business that was charged sales tax or VAT and is registered for that tax may be entitled to a refund of the tax. Contact Paddle at paddle.net within 60 days of the transaction date with a valid tax ID or exemption certificate.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force on the date of your payment applies to that payment. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
